My pictures are not complex in character. Made up really of only two elements. First the environment, which is created by objects and light. Then, the life like, life less or sculptural model is placed within as the second element. Together, a simple fabricated set takes shape. Although some are more narative through expression, clothes and juxtaposing landscapes, the images are very much at a stand still. They are a moment. An abstraction somewhere between the inspiration and reality. |
